The Regenerative Beef Summit, officially known as the California Regional Regenerative Meat Summit, is a series of events co-hosted by the UC Davis Institute of the Environment, Roots of Change, and IC-FOODS. These summits aim to enhance the resilience of Northern California's meat supply chain by promoting sustainable and regenerative practices. They bring together a diverse array of stakeholders—including meat producers, processors, chefs, butchers, and buyers—to explore new market opportunities, share project outcomes, and discuss resources. The events also serve as a platform to celebrate successes and engage in dialogues about the future of regenerative meat production.
